Before your project begins, our pre-construction phase consists of several steps in order to minimize the unexpected.  During your project, the owner will be involved during every phase, starting from designing your project to performing a final walk-thru with you to insure your expectations are met.  In addition, our office staff will contact you every evening, Monday through Friday, with the following days work schedule.  Grand Building and Remodeling strongly believes in professionalism, organization and complete follow through.  We are fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured.
